Models of the pd|hub Collection

Coming Fall 2022

The pd|hub Collection: Foundations of Career Exploration for PhD Scientists features five curated, peer-reviewed educational models designed to catalyze the process of career exploration for PhD-level STEMM graduate students and postdocs. Three models are structured as a series, akin to a short course, that guide students through phases of career exploration; and two shorter models are structured as sessions/workshops that focus on a core part of career exploration—connecting oneself to one’s career interests. Each model in this pd|hub Collection has been implemented over multiple iterations and is supported by social sciences theories underlying career exploration.

Further information about each model will be posted here in November 2022.

How do I access the models?

To attain training, resources, and support for adapting and implementing a model at your organization, apply to become an Implementation Site! Applications will open in November 2022, with the first trainings held in Spring 2023. Applications for a second cohort of Implementation Sites, for participation in a second round of trainings, will be announced in 2023.
